1)About us, about the store.
Greetings, and thank you for visiting us. This is our online shop, where you can buy products created in Pracownia Rzeczy Roznych ("many different things workshop") of SYNAPSIS Foundation, which is a Professional Vocational Workshop for adults with autism.
We employ 24 workers with autism, and further 24 work-instructors, trainers, therapists and other persons of technical support. To see our crew CLICK: employees, trainers.
This online store is divided into 6 main categories, with subdivisions:

· Wystrój wnętrz (interiors)
- Witraże (stained glass)
- Świeczniki (candlesticks)

- Korale ceramiczne (ceramics - jewellery)
- Biżuteria z filcu (felt jewellery)
- Słoje ceramiczne (ceramic jarrs)
- Podkładki filcowe (felt pads)
- Rzeczy na biurko (on-desk things)
- Pudełka na herbatę (tea boxes)
· Misy (bowls)
- Miski ceramiczne (small ceramic bowls)
- Misy ceramiczne (large ceramic bowls)
- Miski szlifowane (polished small ceramic bowls)
2)Shopping manual.
In our store there are 2 ways of purchasing. With or without a registration. Here are the differences:
If you are not sure wheather your going to visit our store again, or for example would like to give smb a present( and you would like to send it directly to him), we reccomend ordering without a registration.
If you plan to visit us more often, we suggest registering first - it will save your time the next time you decide to buy sth in our online store, because you won't have to fill all the forms each time you order - your @mail adress and password will suffice.
a)Ordering without a registration:
If you want to buy in our store, you have to place it in the cart first. You can do this by clicking fields: DODAJ DO KOSZYKA...

I you do, you will see this comment, as a confirmation:

Additionally, in the field TWÓJ KOSZYK (above it), a number in brackets will occur. The number shown indicates the exact number of products you've added to the cart so far.
You can check your cart at any time by clicking TWÓJ KOSZYK(x). where x is the number of product added so far.

If You want shipment to other countries (EU) - contact us first. The cost will be calculated individually, and only acceptable payment is via bank transfer. If you have already contact us, mark the fields: "odbiór osobisty" and "przelew", and press DALEJ >.
Note:Filling both fields is a must if you want to proceed.

If everything is ok, you should see a confirmation message:

And on the e-mail adres you've provided will be sent a confirmation of your order with all the details.
If you have chosen:
- personal pickup, payment by cash(odbiór osobisty, płatne przy odbiorze) you have to wait for an email with confirmation, and info when and where the goods you've ordered are prepaired and waiting for collection.
- payment transfer, dispatch rider/post office (płatność przelew, wysyłka kurierem/poczta polską), the bank account number and everything else needed for the transfer will be sent to your e-mail, along with order confirmation shortly. Check your e-mail box. We will send the package to the adress you've provided as soon as the transfer will be registered by our bank.
- shipment method - payment-after-delivery (płatne przy odbiorze/przesyłka za pobraniem) is not availible for foreign orders. For PL orders: products are packed and sent to the adress provided, and you will get an e-mail with confirmation.
Notice: packages are usually sent twice a week - 3-4 days since receiving order/receiving bank transfer.
b)registering an account:
To start registerinf procedure you have to click option ZALOZ KONTO (create an account), found in the upper right part of the main page:
Zaloguj się = log in. Załóż Konto=register. pomoc=help. Twój koszyk=your cart.
Direct link:
When you fill all needed(and wanted) fieilds, click Załóż konto, to create an account with the data provided.
If you miss any required field, clicking it will not send you anywhere, and on the grey field below ZAŁÓZ KONTO option, you will find info what is missing. (there are a lot of possible mistakes, so be creative - compare what is written in the grey tray with available fields - they are pretty similar :) ). If you have problem with it - contact us: CLICK
If all obligatory fields were filled, and everything went fine, you should see this confirmation:

Twoje konto nie jest jeszcze aktywne!
First sentence stands for: Thank you for registering in our store, and the second: your account is still inactive. An e mail was sent to the adress you've provided. Inside you will find an activation link.
When you click it, your account will be activated, and you should see this confirmation:

Od tego momentu można dokonywać zakupów w naszym sklepie po uprzednim zalogowaniu się.
What stands for:
Your account is now active.
Now, after login in you are able to buy in our online store.
c)login in:
If you already have an registered account, and want to log in with one , you have to choose ZALOGUJ SIĘ option. When you do this, the system will ask you for an e-mail adress and password you have chosen on registration. If you provide valid data of an existing and active account, in the upper right part of the store you will notice:
Jesteś zalogowany
What means: You are logged in. And main menu will change to:
WITAJ (Your name) MOJE KONTO WYLOGUJ SIĘ TWÓJ KOSZYK

d)placing an order with pre-registered account:
If you want to buy something from our store, you still have to add it to the cart first. (see above). Cart menu is pretty similar to the one used to buy without a registration. The main difference is missing step 2 (krok 2), cause it pops up only when you are not logged.
If all data is correct, and you have added to your cart everything you wanted, click ordering button:
